• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing evidence-based diagnostic tools.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs, goals, and preferences through ongoing feedback.
• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to various presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, employing data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as required, ensuring accountability and transparency in care delivery.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards, ensuring ethical practice in all interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment methodologies and best practices through continuing education and professional engagement.
• Participate actively in supervision meetings and training opportunities, enhancing clinical skills and fostering a culture of learning within the organization.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards as set forth by state licensing boards and national organizations.

You will work primarily with diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Our clients range in age from children to adults, requiring a therapist who is adaptable and skilled in working with different demographics. Your role as a therapist will be crucial in facilitating their journey toward recovery and well-being.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and colleagues alike.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and fully dedicated to prioritizing client well-being.
• Ability to function independently while also being a constructive member of a collaborative team.
• In-depth knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practice in California.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related field, with a demonstrated history of effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar environment that serves a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital management software related to client care.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
