Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility | Eureka, CA A well-respected Skilled Nursing Facility in Eureka, CA is seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist to join its dedicated rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and committed to fostering a friendly, positive, and professional environment while helping residents achieve their highest level of function and independence. Responsibilities: Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall quality of life.
