Job description

Join One Of Pennsylvania’s Top Real Estate Teams

The Gary Mercer Team is hiring motivated real estate agents for our Zillow Flex lead division in the Philadelphia suburbs.

We are the longest-running real estate team in the Philadelphia metro area, with 30+ years of history, 400+ homes sold annually, and more than $250M in yearly sales volume. In 2025, Real Trends ranked us the #2 Large Team in Pennsylvania.

Our team currently has 50 agents and is growing toward 100. We are looking for agents who want real opportunity, strong training, live lead flow, and the backing of a proven team.

What You’ll Get:

As a Zillow Flex Real Estate Agent, you will have access to:

  1. Zillow Preferred opportunities
  2. Realtor.com Market VIP leads
  3. HomeLight and FastExpert opportunities
  4. 10–25 live transfer leads per month once trained and in rotation
  5. Follow Up Boss CRM
  6. SISU goal tracking and production visibility
  7. DotLoop, Slack, Google Workspace, and the GMT Intranet
  8. Full transaction coordination and admin support
  9. Dedicated marketing support
  10. Weekly sales training and team coaching

Agents begin by working outbound opportunities in the lead pond before entering the live transfer rotation. Once you complete training and prove consistency, you can begin receiving live inbound opportunities.

Training Support:

Every new agent starts with Hello Week, our intensive onboarding program covering systems, lead conversion, buyer consultations, contracts, scripts, mortgage/title partners, and business planning.

You will also have access to weekly team meetings, Tuesday and Thursday skills training, deal support, scripts, playbooks, templates, and ongoing coaching.

Income Opportunity:

Full-time agents on the Gary Mercer Team average over $100,000 in annual income.

This is an opportunity for agents who want to build a serious real estate career with the support of proven lead sources, structured training, strong systems, and an experienced leadership team.

Requirements:
  1. Active real estate license or willingness to become licensed
  2. Must join Bright MLS and the local board
  3. Must be coachable, responsive, and willing to follow proven systems
  4. Must be comfortable calling, following up, and working leads consistently
  5. Must serve buyers and sellers across the Philadelphia suburbs

Primary markets include Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, Bucks County, and the surrounding Philadelphia suburbs. Expansion is planned into New Castle County, DE and potentially the City of Philadelphia.

Why Join The Gary Mercer Team?:

Most agents do not fail because they lack potential. They fail because they are trying to build a business alone.

At the Gary Mercer Team, you get the leads, training, systems, accountability, and support to build a real career in real estate.

Apply today to learn more about joining the Zillow Flex division of the Gary Mercer Team.
