We collaborate directly with Zillow through their exclusive Zillow Flex program, connecting you with motivated buyers and serious seller leads. These are not cold calls or vague prospects; these are live, ready-to-go opportunities. We train you to convert them effectively with the right strategy and follow-up.


If you hold an active real estate license, we will equip you with everything you need. From managing tour requests to developing consistent habits, our agents learn how to cultivate a strong client base. Many of our team members close 2–3 deals each month within their first 90 days using our proven system.


We start with hands-on onboarding. In just 5 days, you'll cover everything from lead calls to client consultations to crafting compelling offers. You'll be showing homes and writing contracts right away.


What we're looking for:

  1. Manage the entire real estate process and keep your clients informed throughout.
  2. Write accurate, clear contracts and handle all documents with care and on time.
  3. Use property data to help clients make smart offers and pricing decisions.
  4. Respond promptly, stay in touch, and never miss a follow-up.
  5. Maintain a clean CRM and track every lead—especially from Zillow Flex.
