Job description

The Laminator Operator plays a crucial role within the manufacturing team, managing the setup and operation of laminating machinery for high-volume production. This position focuses on ensuring product quality and equipment efficiency while adhering to safety standards on a single shift schedule. The operator participates in regular safety and technical training to enhance skills and support continuous improvement. Our machine is a solventless adhesive laminator.

Responsibilities

  • Set up laminating machines according to production specifications
  • Handle and prepare materials for lamination processes

  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
