A Flex Operator is a versatile worker typically employed in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environments. Their main role is to perform a variety of tasks across different departments or workstations, adapting to changing business needs. Flex Operators may assist with assembly, packaging, material handling, or machine operation, providing flexibility and support wherever needed.
