Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager | Human Capital Programmatic Evaluation & Compliance - Policy & Governance Support [NSF0099099]

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

Policy & Governance Support: Provide analytical support to inform Government-led strategic HR planning, workforce research, and human capital governance.  Program Manager Candidates work to facilitate Policy & Governance Support delivering Human Capital Programmatic Evaluation & Compliance - Policy & Governance Support through Lead governance | align strategy | ensure execution.  Further, they Manage HR governance initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, ensure alignment with federal policies.

Program Manager Professionals typically cover Policy & Governance Support Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines and serve as Senior lead/architect/manager scope with enterprise influence, independent judgment, and responsibility for cross-functional delivery or strategy..  They Lead delivery for the Policy & Governance Support workstream; manage schedule, staffing, risks, issues, stakeholder coordination, and performance against SLAs/KPIs; ensure technical, functional, and compliance deliverables are integrated and ready for NSF OCHCO/OCIO use.
