What does a Flex Force do?

A typical day for a Flex Force employee varies depending on business priorities and can involve working in multiple departments, such as assisting in customer service, supporting warehouse operations, or covering shifts for absent colleagues. Flex Force team members often start their shifts with an assignment briefing, followed by hands-on work that may change throughout the day based on immediate needs. Flexibility and readiness to adapt to new tasks are key, as you might be called upon to help wherever it’s most needed. You’ll collaborate closely with different teams and supervisors, making this role ideal for those who enjoy variety and being an essential support to operations.
