Horizon Flex Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Deltona, Florida. In this role, you will collaborate closely with patients on their journey to restore movement, functional independence, and overall well-being. The Physical Therapist will be based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, designed specifically for orthopedic therapy. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with patients' specific goals and needs.
  • Utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques to maximize patients’ mobility and functionality.
  • Oversee and manage 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring efficient and effective treatment sessions.
  • Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adapting care plans as necessary to meet changing needs.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Advocate for patients by promoting lifestyle changes that support health and wellness.
  • Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) software such as WebPT for documentation and reporting.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is on providing care to a diverse patient population seeking orthopedic rehabilitation services. Qualifications
  • A Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Florida Physical Therapist License with no disciplinary actions or board actions.
  • Possession of a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number or eligibility to obtain one before employment.
  • Proficient manual therapy skills and strong application of therapeutic exercises.

Compensation and Benefits
