Key Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy interventions and educate patients about therapeutic exercises, progressions, and the use of assistive devices or prosthetics.
• Coordinate and prioritize caseloads, ensuring effective communication and hand-offs within the patient care team for optimal treatment continuity.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to assess, evaluate, and adjust therapeutic techniques in accordance with physician guidelines and patient responses.
• Provide in-home therapy as required, ensuring that treatment protocols align with the established care plans for continued recovery.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities to maintain licensure and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
