Description
This role is designed for a self-motivated professional who thrives on field-based interaction and ensuring high standards of care and compliance for our members. As a Member Engagement Advisor, you will serve as the primary face-to-face link between our organization and our members, ensuring that plans of care are followed and documentation is pristine.
Position Overview
  • Status: Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Schedule: Flexible "Flex" Schedule (All work must be performed Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
  • Reporting To: Satellite Office Administrator and Member Engagement Administrator

Key Responsibilities
To ensure the highest quality of care and regulatory compliance, the Member Engagement Advisor is responsible for the following:
  • Member Visitation & Oversight
    • Conduct monthly supervisory visits for all Delegated members to ensure plan adherence.
    • Perform quarterly face-to-face visits for Directed members to ensure plan adherence.
  • Administrative Documentation
    • Facilitate the review and obtaining of required signatures on all relevant member paperwork.
    • Ensure all documentation is submitted accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Communication
    • Act as a liaison between the member and the Satellite or Corporate Office.
    • Promptly report any changes in member status, health, or environment to the Office Administrator and Member Engagement Administrator.

  • Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse populations.
  • Organization: Exceptional time management skills to handle a flexible, field-based schedule.
  • Reliability: Must have dependable transportation to travel to various member locations.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision while meeting all compliance benchmarks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic digital documentation and electronic signature platforms.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • This position requires frequent travel to private residences.
  • Work is performed during standard business hours; no weekend or evening hours are required or permitted.
