Job description

Job Description: Service Line Manager

Location: Round Rock, TX

Department: Operations

Reports To: SVP Engineered Products


Summary:

Responsible for optimizing production equipment through process optimization and robotic implementations.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support production operations on legacy reballing utilizing Novastar, LRT, SRT and Milara processes
  • Fixture conceptualization, design and prototyping
  • Process optimization and robotics implementations
  • Automation improvements for masking, deball, cleaning and reballing.
  • Product/Process Development to support business expansion and automation utilization
  • Assist Micross capture team in business growth focusing on existing capabilities and new business acquisition
  • Support MHT/AUS team collaboration in new product development including, part re-orientation (Micross FLEX), Column Grid Array, BTCE paste/ball drop, PASTE process for non-chip products
  • Support Automotive harvesting and collaboration with MFE (Mexico) team for new capture opportunities and product extensions with current customers
  • Collaborate with Quoting team to support quote optimization utilizing IQW+
  • New process development focusing on AI inspection, quality automation and defect elimination


Other Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
  • Comply with all quality and ITAR policies, practices and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain an effective system of communications through the organization.
  • Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long range goals and objectives.
  • Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecasts data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
  • Build and promote effective working relationships with cross-functional groups.
  • Others duties may be assigned.


Education/Experience

  • B.S. Degree or equivalent degree and or experience in a related field
  • Five plus years’ experience in semiconductor or related industry
