Behavior Support Specialist

Child Focus: Locations will vary between Clermont County Locations


Hours: Seasonal (throughout the school year, August-May,) Full time. 


Hourly Rate: $23.15/hour


Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education OR related field, as well as two years' experience with children ages birth to five preferred. Experience working with challenging behaviors, providing individualized support and understanding of behavior management techniques preferred.

Child Focus is seeking dedicated early childhood professionals to serve as a Behavior Support Specialist. Behavior Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the Teacher and Assistant Teacher with challenging behaviors, using early childhood trauma informed support and practices in the classroom. Works cooperatively with the Behavior Support Team, providing one-on-one classroom support to children, across the Clermont County.
