Job description
Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Onancock, VA, is seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join their patient-focused care team. This role offers a potential leadership opportunity within a voluntary nonprofit short-term acute care hospital that is part of the Riverside Health system. The position provides comprehensive anesthesia care across various surgical procedures, supported by expanding resources and technology.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Compensation
- Salary: $575,000
- Sign-on incentive package: Up to $100,000
