Part-Time On-Call Role Players Athenix Solutions Group Part-Time On-Call Role Players Cheltenham, MD • ASM Description Athenix Special Missions company is seeking Part Time On Call Role Players.  ASM Quality Policy: To meet or exceed our customers’ expectations for quality, delivery, and service through continual improvement, striving to meet our objectives, and committing to meeting all legal and statutory requirements Primary Location: Cheltenham, Maryland Must be a U.S citizen Job Description: Part Time On Call Role Players will support training exercises. Training exercises are typically one to two days in length. Role Players will be required to comply with the following criteria: Duties:  * Willing to be handcuffed for prolonged periods of time
* Willing to have student sworn officers frisk and search them while they are handcuffed
* Willing to stand and lay prone for extended periods of time with and without wearing handcuffs.
* Willing to participate in scenario training where they may be shot with non-lethal marking ammunition
* Willing to wear safety equipment consisting of a full-face helmet, throat guard and groin guard
* Willing to, when asked by Law Enforcement staff, fire a handgun that contains blank and marking non-lethal ammunition, after being instructed on the safe method by Law Enforcement personnel
* Willing to stay on script for the scenario without deviation or changing the scope of the scenario itself
* Willing to wear appropriate clothing as dictated by the training scenario
Please note that applicants must be available for event times 07:00-15:00 or 15:00-23:00. Requirements   Security Requirement: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and other screening determined necessary by FLETC and Law Enforcement.
