Fleet Wash Technician

Location: Rubber Duck Truck and Fleet Wash in Sioux Falls, SD


Company Overview:


Weโ€™re building the cleanest, fastest truck and fleet wash in the region, and we want reliable people who are ready to grow with us! Rubber Duck Truck and Fleet Wash is a modern facility opening in March and is across from the Flying J.

We are looking for responsible Fleet Wash Technicians who are ready to join us for the next step in their career. We are hiring for full-time and part-time positions. Pay is $20/hour with quarterly and yearly bonuses. Full-time positions will receive benefits. We are a subdivision of the Vern Eide family.

  • Multiple shifts available

  • Open seven days a week.

Duties:

  • Offer efficient customer service by guiding semis and trucks into the truck wash.
  • Maintain the truck wash through preventative maintenance and regular cleanings.
  • Notify management and call for service repairs when malfunctions occur.
  • Assist customers with Founding Fleet Membership questions and sign-up.
  • Maintain safe working conditions.


Requirements:

  • Ability to maneuver 50 pounds.
  • This job requires physical stamina with the ability to bend, kneel, squat, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Maintenance background required.
  • Enjoy hands-on work
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work alone or with others
  • Experience is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Valid Driverโ€™s license
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen with a clean driving record.
