Description

Summary: In this outside sales position, CSC's are responsible for increasing STTC revenue through existing account growth and new account acquisition while maintaining our company gross profit goals. Modeling the highest level of integrity is at the core of this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve our customers at the highest level and always sell them what is best for them.
  • Increase company revenue through new account acquisition.
  • Manage the existing assigned accounts and identify opportunity for sales growth within.
  • Memorize and perpetually utilize STTC sales process.
  • Understand and utilize our sustainable offerings as a customer solution and source of STTC growth.
  • Pick up and deliver tires as needed.
  • Enter tire information into Bib Tread Next System.
  • Coordinate the delivery of customer product and required service needs with your STTC team members.
  • Maintain adherence to daily sales metric activities.
  • Schedule customer visits and adhere to an effective route planner.
  • Enter all customer interactions into the Adam Reach CRM.
  • Conduct fleet tire inspections, tire performance tracking, retread shop tours, and scrap tire reviews as needed.
  • Develop effective sales presentations, proposals, and sales quotes.
  • Develop an annual sales plan that includes a viable growth strategy and fits within branch capabilities.
  • Collect customer receivables as needed.
  • Attend STTC sales meetings and other business-related events.
  • Conformance to STTC company policies and sales procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Integrity and honesty.
  • 2 or more years of outside sales experience in the commercial tire industry or related.
  • Personable with high level communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic arithmetic.
  • Proficient in basic computer use.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude regardless of adverse situations.
  • Completes assignments and required work.
  • Demonstrates a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Travel- overnight for STTC bi-annual sales meetings.
  • Ability to perform physical job duties. Lifting up to 75lbs.
  • Capable of performing fleet tire inspections and stepping up and down from bed of pickup truck.
  • Conforms to the STTC attendance policies.
