Fleet Service Specialist

Job SummaryThe Fleet Service Specialist is responsible for hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and validation of equipment at client sites.This role serves as the frontline execution resource, ensuring all field work is completed according to defined SOPs, quality benchmarks, and safety standards while maintaining high productivity across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site installation and configuration of equipment and systems.
  • Execute troubleshooting and repairs to resolve technical issues in real time.
  • Conduct testing and validation to confirm system functionality post-install.
  • Follow strict SOP adherence to ensure consistency and quality outcomes.
  • Complete service documentation and reporting for each installation.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and on-hand inventory of parts.
  • Provide on-site client interaction and basic training on installed systems.
  • Identify and escalate field risks, delays, or technical challenges.
  • Support continuous install throughput targets across assigned sites.
  • Collaborate with FSM and Program teams to optimize execution.
Travel Expectations
  • 75-100% travel required (full deployment model).
  • Continuous movement between project sites (regional or nationwide).
  • Extended stays near active job locations (weeks at a time typical).
