Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time performance
  • Manage vehicle and trailer maintenance schedules, repairs, and compliance to minimize downtime
  • Schedule drivers efficiently while balancing workload and availability
  • Monitor overall fleet performance, including utilization, costs, safety, and reliability
  • Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement of fleet operations


Ideal Candidate

  • Experience managing or coordinating a small-to-midsize fleet (trucking, logistics, or similar preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle scheduling, maintenance coordination, and performance tracking
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with limited oversight
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Marianna area as needed
