In this role, you'll help ensure our offices, fleet, and assets are operating safely, efficiently, and effectively. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in ownership, follows through on commitments, and enjoys turning plans into action. What You'll Do
  • Manage facilities and fleet operations across multiple office locations and a warehouse
  • Own Asset Panda administration, asset tracking, reporting, and accountability
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, preventative service programs, and vendor relationships
  • Manage fleet registration, insurance, compliance, and replacement planning
  • Coordinate office moves, workspace planning, and facility improvements
  • Manage building access and security systems
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive operational efficiency
  • Support fleet staging, positioning, and movement of vehicles and equipment
  • 5+ years of facilities, fleet, asset, or operations management experience
  • Experience with Asset Panda or similar asset management platforms
  • Strong understanding of maintenance, vendor management, fleet operations, and compliance
  • Comfortable leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accountability
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and drives solutions through completion
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills

Occasional travel between locations and limited after-hours support may be required.
