Safety & Compliance
  • Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture throughout the fleet
  • Monitor compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and industry standards
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and safety concerns and recommend corrective actions
  • Support driver training and ongoing safety education programs
  • Maintain accurate records related to driver qualifications, safety, and compliance requirements
Reporting & Collaboration
  • Maintain accurate driver, fleet, and operational records
  • Track key performance indicators, retention trends, safety metrics, and service levels
  • Prepare reports and updates for leadership teams
  • Collaborate across departments to support workforce planning and operational success

Qualifications of a Fleet Driver Manager:
