The Warehouse Driver Associate is responsible for delivering merchandise to customers, vendors, and other locations, while also supporting warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, and inventory handling.   • Provides exceptional service through timely, professional communication and effective issue resolution

  • Handles inquiries via phone, email, and fax courteously and efficiently

  • Builds collaborative relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support problem-solving

  • Safely delivers merchandise to customers, vendors, and branch locations, verifying product accuracy and securing loads

  • Maintains valid driver’s license and DOT certification, reporting any expirations or incidents promptly

  • Performs daily vehicle inspections, ensures maintenance and cleanliness, and follows all delivery procedures

  • Utilizes GPS and mobile devices effectively and maintains regular communication with supervisors

  • Supports receiving, shipping, stocking, and order fulfillment activities

  • Sorts and stores inventory by size, type, or code, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation

  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Operates warehouse equipment safely and processes shipping documents, including bills of lading, with accuracy
