Fleet Associate
Job Description
The Fleet Associate II is responsible for executing repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety inspections to ensure all Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV) and Electric Vehicles (EV) are road-ready, compliant and safe to operate. This role emphasized vehicle safety, drivability, ADA compliance, and accurate documentation while maintaining high fleet standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and close work orders independently with clear documentation and photos, confirming vehicles meet road-ready standards prior to release.
Key Responsibilities:
Retrieve, stage, and track parts accurately in the fleet system, notifying supervisors of lower inventory or delivery discrepancies.
Coordinate with Fleet Technicians, Leads, and vendors as needed, and provide guidance to Fleet Associate I staff when appropriate.
