The Flat Glass Specialist is a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair flat glass, insulated glass units, and showers, exemplifying our code of values, showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Ensure Safety remains the top priority.
• Cut flat glass and mirrors according to specified dimensions and patterns.
• Efficient use of materials and installation supplies.
• Accurately read tape measures and levels.
• Use the latest technology including tablet-based systems.
• Complete invoices, work orders, and measurement sheets via a tablet-based technology.
• Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
• Execute Service with Advanced Training (SWAT)
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Job Requirements:
• Prior experience in the Flat Glass Industry is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
• The ability to read a tape measure.
• Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills
• Professional appearance and personality
Residential and Commercial Installers must have a valid driver's license.
$24.00 - $30.00 hourly based on experience.
