About the Opportunity     
As the General Manager in our Downtown Los Angeles location, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales growth, and delivering an unparalleled shopping experience to our discerning clientele. This is a leadership position that requires a proven track record in luxury retail management, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering excellence. Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage and support a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement actionable insights to optimize performance. Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalized service and clienteling initiatives.
  • Uphold the brand's luxury standards and ensure that every customer receives personalized attention and a memorable shopping experience. Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. 
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Implement best practices for inventory control, loss prevention, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage the store budget, with a focus on controlling expenses and maximizing profitability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress against goals and make data-driven decisions. Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador and represent the company's values, mission, and image to both internal and external stakeholders. Participate in local community events and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with affluent clientele and senior executives.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budget management, and retail operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury retail trends, brands, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for luxury goods and a deep understanding of the luxury consumer mindset. 
  • Masters Degree (Preferred)
  • Experience coordinating and executing large scale events for VVIP clients (Preferred).
  • Experience implementing or utilizing Salesforce as a CRM or sales platform (Preferred).

Pay Scale: FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $70,000 - $85,000 for this position in our Downtown Los Angeles Location and offers an Annual Bonus Opportunity aligned to our Manager level. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
