Store Manager — New Flagship Opening, NYC

A modern fine jewelry brand is opening its second flagship location in the heart of New York City and is seeking a strategic, service-driven Store Manager to lead the launch and ongoing success of this highly anticipated space.

This role goes far beyond traditional store management. The Store Manager will serve as the on-the-ground leader responsible for bringing the brand’s East Coast presence to life—building the team, shaping culture, and creating an unforgettable client experience from day one. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, founder-led company at a pivotal moment of expansion.

What You’ll Lead

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers warm, relationship-based service

  • Collaborate with marketing and brand partners to activate local events and experiential moments

  • Execute product storytelling and visual presentation aligned with both brand identity and commercial goals

  • Manage all in-store functions, including scheduling, inventory control, visual merchandising, and reporting

  • Partner closely with headquarters and the West Coast flagship to translate brand standards and service philosophy into the physical environment

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets while upholding an exceptional client experience

  • Ensure operational readiness across systems, security, staffing, and compliance
