AAA Parking is looking for friendly, professional, and service-minded individuals to join our team as a Flagger. Flaggers play an important role in maintaining safe and efficient traffic flow while providing exceptional service to our guests, clients, and team members.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control vehicular and pedestrian traffic in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Work as part of a team to coordinate traffic movement and communicate changing conditions.
  • Monitor your surroundings and remain alert to potential hazards.
  • Provide clear and courteous directions and assistance to motorists, guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
  • Use traffic control tools, signs, hand signals, radios, and other equipment as required.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, including when interacting with frustrated or agitated drivers.
  • Follow established traffic control procedures, safety practices, and accident-prevention protocols.
  • Make sound decisions within established guidelines and work effectively with limited supervision.
  • Assist with other duties related to traffic control and valet operations as assigned.

  • Experience with traffic control procedures is preferred/required.
