General Description:
Superior Traffic Control, LLC is the largest traffic control company in the State of Tennessee with regional offices in Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Alabama and serves Northern Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. Job Requirements
Must have 3 - 6 months of experience as a Traffic Control Apprentice
  • Passed general knowledge test(s) - Temporary sign, Lane Closure, and Flagging
  • Current DOT certification
  • Able to lift 80 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
  • Able to load & unload dispatch trucks
  • Capable of following specific directions from supervisor with acute attention to detail
  • Should exhibit good judgment in the field, including safe work practices around live traffic, and adhere to the company policy at all times
  • Ability to operate motorized hand tools and equipment required
  • Able to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements
