Job Title: Automotive General Manager

The Automotive General Manager oversees all operations within a dealership, ensuring profitability, efficient operations, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage sales, service, parts, finance, and administrative departments, while driving growth, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all dealership operations, including sales, service, and parts departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Oversee sales team performance, providing coaching, training, and motivation to maximize productivity and revenue
  • Manage fixed operations, including service and parts departments, to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational excellence
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
