What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining the property’s physical health and safety. You’ll handle day-to-day repairs, prepare units for new residents, and support a clean, well-kept, and welcoming community. As well as keep current residents satisfied with completion of work orders.
You’ll take ownership of:
  • Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and more.
  • Preparing vacant units for new move-ins to meet our high standards.
  • Keeping the grounds clean, safe, and inviting — including snow removal and landscaping.
  • Handling service requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Participating in the on-call rotation to respond to emergency maintenance needs.
  • Supporting the property team in creating a great living experience for residents.

What You Bring
  • At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or related fields.
  • Skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (certifications like HVAC/EPA are a plus).
  • A valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks indoors and outdoors.
