Job description

Apartment complex (60 units) looking for a full time maintenance tech.
Must have 2 years experience in an apartment setting.
Looking for hard-working individual who can be professional and provide excellent customer care.
Job will require regular maintenance as well as light plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing daily maintenance including service requests, grounds, turnovers and keeping the community clean and orderly.
Also responsible for snow removal and salting of walks, porches, etc. in the winter.
The technician will report to the on-site manager and complete daily logs of completed work.
Must be available for on call duties.
Applicant must have own tools, reliable transportation and an acceptable background check.
