Senior Manager, Accreditation and Access Management
Department & Functional Area: Safety & Security (Dual reporting to Operations)
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract
Term: April 13 - July 31, 2026
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Primarily onsite (Boston) with some flexibility for remote/hybrid work.
Onsite at venue: Approx. 5/25/26 - 6/30/26 through 7/15/26.
Reports to: Director of Security, FFF & Celebrations
Compensation: $600.00 - $800.00 per day, depending on experience
Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Accreditation and Access Management will support the planning, coordination, and operational management of accreditation systems for the Boston 26 FIFA Fan Festival™ and other designated Boston 26's venues.
The role demands project management capability, operational management, vendor & contract management, and large scale event knowledge to support access control management system and event/venue operations.
Role Description:
  • Manage the relationship between Boston 2026 Host Committee (B26) and contracted accreditation service provider at FIFA Fan Festival™.
  • Lead integration of appointed accreditation vendor with Event Management Company (EMC) to ensure site accreditation system reflects site access design and access control security policies set by B26 Safety and Security.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all vendors who require accreditation and oversee the implementation of the B26 accreditation database and technology systems establish a system to ensure vendors submit accreditation through B26 accreditation vendor.
  • Review, vet, and submit/recommend accreditation requests for approval to B26 Safety and Security.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in security, event management, sports administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of operational and/or project management experience in event accreditation systems.
  • Demonstrated experience within a multi-day major event venue / venue-cluster environment required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in IT, technology, and venue/event accreditations systems.
