Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Process Maintenance Planner at our Carlin operation. The successful candidate will manage, coach, lead and mentor a maintenance team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Standard Job Plans (SJPs) for routine maintenance activities in alignment with corporate standards and site requirements.
  • Provide planning inputs and guidance for maintenance budgets and forecasts, including cost estimates and schedule adjustments.
  • Support month-end financial activities, including accrual inputs, cost reclass support, and reporting on month-end maintenance cost performance.
  • Build and coordinate one-time job plans for maintenance work driven by operational changes, statutory/regulatory updates, reliability improvements, or equipment modifications.
  • Continuously improve work instructions by validating and optimizing labor resources, parts, tooling, task lists, safety documentation, risk assessments, and staging plans using feedback from execution teams.
  • Ensure routine maintenance SJPs, PM tasks, safety documentation, and relevant drawings are accurately uploaded, maintained, and governed within SAP.
  • Review and approve invoices in accordance with site controls and delegated authority to support timely vendor payment.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to expedite materials and contractor services; coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams to plan and schedule plant maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with maintenance supervisors to define scope, estimate work, and confirm appropriate labor, services, and skill requirements; support the design, planning, and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate work order status, planning data, and execution updates within SAP to support scheduling, reporting, and compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
