We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Fixed Operations Manager to lead a premier, high-volume Chevrolet service and parts operation in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven automotive leader with a track record of driving customer satisfaction, growing revenue, developing teams, and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of service and parts operations
  • Drive customer pay sales growth and profitability
  • Improve technician productivity, efficiency, and retention
  • Build and maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Develop managers, advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Monitor key performance indicators and execute action plans to achieve results
  • Ensure operational excellence while maintaining strong customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

  • Automotive Fixed Operations leadership experience required
  • Proven success managing high-volume service and parts operations
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and lead high-performing teams

  • Chevrolet or General Motors experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
