Consultant CONTRACT: Fixed Asset & Inventory Transformation (10849)
Irving area client is seeking a Fixed Asset & Inventory Transformation Consultant on a long-term contract basis.
 

We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Fixed Assets Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a large-scale transformation of our end-to-end asset lifecycle across Procurement (Coupa), Finance (D365), and Operational systems.

This role will play a critical part in moving the organization from a fragmented, manual environment to a controlled, integrated, best-in-class asset management model covering:

  • Procure-to-Retire lifecycle
  • Inventory to Fixed Asset transitions
  • CWIP and capital project accounting
  • Physical asset tracking and control
  • System integration (Coupa, D365, and operational systems)

Required Experience/Core Experience 7–12+ years in:

  • Fixed Assets
  • Inventory / Supply Chain Finance
  • Capital Projects / CWIP
  • Proven experience in end-to-end asset lifecycle design
  • Systems Experience


Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (Fixed Assets + Projects)
  • Coupa (Procurement)

Highly Desirable Experience with:

  • EAM systems
  • DCIM tools
  • CMDB / IT asset management


Experience in:

  • FInance transformation programs
  • ERP implementations or optimization
