Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Dayton, Ohio.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility
  • Experience with NetHealth/PCC


Assignment Details

  • Full-time schedule Monday through Friday
  • Start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
  • Setting includes short-term and long-term care rehab
