Job description


Objective:

  • Implementation of new article; Preferably, short cycle times according to the robot and periphery machines
  • Repair disturbances on the machines
  • Production according to VDA 6.1, DIN, IATF, ISO 9001, QS 9000


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+/- years of experience in related field of work


Proficiency:

  • Plastic shaping, specialization injection molding
  • Organizational structures
  • Construction of injection molding machines
  • Tools
  • Construction of used plastics
  • Specific requirements of individual molded parts
  • Removal technique
  • Programming technique
  • Programming technique CNC
  • Pneumatics


Main Duties:

  • Construction and building of removal grippers
  • Construction and building of devices with the purpose of rationalization
  • Procurement, commissioning and optimization of periphery machines
  • Sampling of new tools and materials
  • Starting up and optimization of machines
  • Making suggestions to improve the used processes and working methods
  • Coordination of process data with material producers
  • Sampling/Setting up for new products
  • Process approval of customer projects fitters
