Job Title: Fitness Sales Associate
Location: Fort Washington, MD
Pay: $15.30 per hour plus uncapped commission
Job Type: Part-Time

About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtual instructor-led workouts combined with infrared sauna technology. We are opening our Fort Washington location and are looking for a motivated Fitness Sales Associate to help grow membership and support daily studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell memberships and retail products
  • Conduct studio tours for prospective members
  • Follow up with leads and guest visits
  • Build relationships with members to support retention
  • Assist with opening, closing, and studio cleanliness
  • Support marketing and local outreach efforts

Compensation and Earning Potential

  • $15.30 per hour base pay
  • Uncapped commission on membership sales
  • Additional retail commission
  • Paid training and HOTWORX Certification provided

Schedule
