The essential purpose of this role will be to lead the group fitness team by inspiring and coaching our instructors to maximize their class attendance and provide fun, safe workouts that deliver our members amazing fitness results! The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a manager including handling all aspects of hiring, coaching, scheduling, payroll and customer service.
Department Purpose: Inspiring our members and guests by offering practical results-oriented programs delivered through fitness professionals.

Salary Pay Range
$45,000-$75,000 USD
