Job description

A-Dependable Drug Testing is now accepting applications for:
Office Assistant/Collection Technician in Pecos, TX
A-Dependable is a service provider for the oil and gas industry in the surrounding area. Services we provide are Urine Drug Test collections, Breath Alcohol testing, Hair collections and Fit testing. If you are not familiar with these procedures, we can train you to be proficient in all areas of our industry.
We are looking for candidates that have demonstrated a history of honesty, integrity, team work, dependability and excellent customer service.
Store Hours are M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some on-call work is required on weeknights and weekends. Bonuses are paid for on-call work that is performed in addition to an hourly rate.
Position Requirements:
Willing and able to collect the following: Hair, Urine, Breath, and Saliva
Use of Machines
*Breath Alcohol device
*Fit Testing
Daily Duties
*Answer telephones
*Call, fax, scan, computer skills
*Cleaning of lobby, office, tech rooms, bathrooms
*Updating inventory
*Filing and processing daily paper work
*Assist customers with appointments
Educational Skills and Requirements
*A high school diploma or GED equivalent
*Must maintain a professional personal appearance
*Must be able to speak clearly and write legibly; Fluency in other languages is a plus
*Must pass company drug screen and background check
*Must have clean driving record and valid driver's license
*Must have excellent customer service skills and act in a polite, friendly and professional manner whether in person or on the phone.
