What You’ll Be Doing

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll help homeowners stay comfortable by delivering expert service, maintenance, repair, and installation solutions.


Your day-to-day includes:

  • Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
  • Performing maintenance and system tune-ups
  • Completing HVAC equipment and accessory installations
  • Educating customers on repairs, upgrades, indoor air quality, and service plans
  • Delivering a professional, 5-star customer experience
  • Communicating clearly with customers and the office team
  • Completing jobs thoroughly and efficiently

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, you should have:

  • At least 3yrs of residential HVAC service and/or installation experience
  • Knowledge of ductwork, airflow, and static pressure
  • EPA Certification
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Clean background check
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs
  • Have your own tools
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Preferred:

  • Service Titan experience


Pay & Growth Opportunities

Pay ranges from $17–$28/hour, depending on experience and technical knowledge, with additional earning opportunities through incentives and performance bonuses.
