About the Role

Pure Green Fishtown is more than a smoothie and juice bar. We’re building a wellness-focused lifestyle brand where nutrition, hospitality, and community come together.

As a Wellness Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Pure Green Fishtown. You’ll create genuine connections with guests, prepare our products with care and consistency, and help make Pure Green part of our community’s daily routine.

We can teach you our menu and how to make a great smoothie. What we’re really looking for are people who naturally lead with kindness, positive energy, initiative, and genuine hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.
• Build relationships with guests and create memorable experiences that keep them coming back.
• Prepare superfood smoothies, açaí bowls, cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, and sourdough toast with consistency and attention to detail.
• Become knowledgeable about our menu, ingredients, nutrition, wellness benefits, allergens, and dietary information so you can confidently guide guests.
• Take and accurately process orders using Square POS.
• Educate guests about Pure Green Rewards and encourage enrollment when appropriate.
• Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, product quality, and cross-contamination prevention.
• Keep the juice bar, dining area, patio, restrooms, pickup area, and other guest-facing spaces clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Restock ingredients, merchandise, packaging, and supplies throughout the day.
• Prepare online, pickup, and third-party delivery orders accurately and on time.
• Assist with opening, closing, inventory, restocking, and other daily operations.
• Anticipate guest and team needs and take initiative without waiting to be asked.
• Continue learning about nutrition, wellness, our products, and hospitality.
• Be comfortable occasionally participating in Pure Green Fishtown social media content, including photos, Stories, and Reels.

Previous experience in hospitality, fitness, wellness, concierge, retail, or another guest-facing environment is preferred, but genuine hospitality and the right attitude matter most.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability for paid pre-opening training prior to our grand opening.
• Pennsylvania Food Handler Certificate. If you do not currently have one, it must be obtained within your first two weeks of employment. Pure Green Fishtown will reimburse the cost upon successful completion.
• Commitment to Pure Green Fishtown’s standards, culture, and values.
• Experience with Square POS and involvement in Philadelphia’s fitness, wellness, or neighborhood communities are a plus.
