Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe. PURPOSE / DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:The Ski School Supervisor is responsible for supervising ski instructorsand coordinating the daily organization of the Ski Schooladult group, teenclasses,and privatelessons.

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise the daily organization of Ski School lessons and programs

  • Handle guest concerns and situations asneeded

  • Assistother supervisors and instructors on snow when needed

  • Assistand coach/mentor ski instructors

  • Coordinate and assist with assigned special tasks, which mayincludeSpecialty or Corporate Group lesson organization

  • Completemid-season and end-of-season performance reviews

  • Duties may change or expand based on business needs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MinimumPSIA Level 1certification

  • Strong communicationskills essential

  • Experience supervising employees, coaching performances, solvingproblemsand handling guest relations.

  • Experience supervisingadultski programs preferred

  • Must be a team-oriented player and able to work under the pressure of a high-volume environment

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
