Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Banquet Captain to join our team! As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring that all banquet events are executed flawlessly and to the highest standards. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will allow you to lead and coordinate our team of banquet servers, ensuring that all guests receive an outstanding experience. With your positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service, you will work closely with our event planners and culinary team to ensure that every detail is perfect. Qualifications
  • One year banquet attendant/server experienceย 
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license, where applicable
