The Cleveland office of Fisher Phillips, an international management-side labor and employment law firm, seeks an associate with 3โ€“5 years of employment or complex litigation experience.

About the Role

Qualified candidates will have experience handling employment or complex litigation matters, including:

  • Drafting position statements to government agencies
  • Drafting and responding to pleadings
  • Managing discovery
  • Drafting and arguing motions
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Participating in mediations, agency hearings, arbitrations, and trials
