  • Communicate with customers regarding account balances and payment options
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and respectful manner
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and assist customers in finding workable solutions

  • Follow all company policies as well as applicable federal and state regulations
  • Meet performance goals related to quality, productivity, and customer service

What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, collections, or a related field
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
