Job description

Leo Auto Group is hiring Sales Associates across our Indiana locations. No experience required. We'll train you.

This is a real career path, not a dead-end retail job. Our top performers earn well into six figures. First-year associates who show up and put in the work can realistically earn $40,000 to $75,000 with base pay plus commission. The ceiling is as high as you want to push it.

Your job is to help people find the right vehicle. You'll walk customers through our inventory, answer their questions honestly, take test drives, and guide them through the buying process. You're not pressuring anyone into anything - that's not how we operate.

What You'll Do

- Work with customers from first handshake to delivery

- Learn our inventory and help match people with the right vehicle

- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email

- Build relationships that bring people back (and get you referrals)

- Hit your numbers - this is a performance-driven role and we track it

What We're Looking For

- You like talking to people and you're good at it

- You can handle a "no" without taking it personally

- You show up on time and you stay engaged all day

- You're coachable - we have a process and it works when you follow it

- Valid driver's license

- Available to work weekends (this is retail - Saturdays are game day)

What You Don't Need

- Car sales experience

- A degree

- A suit

If you've worked in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or anything where you had to read people and hustle - you already have the foundation.

What We Offer

- Base pay plus uncapped commission

- Health, dental, and vision insurance

- 401(k)

- Paid training

- Employee vehicle purchase program

- Clear career path from sales to F&I, management, and beyond
