Job description

Job Overview
Brand new company here. We started in the summer of 2024 under "Zoomers electric", then transitioned to Carroll in Jan 2025. Now its just me (Cameron), and my brother (Tyler), and our guy Slater. I am fully licenced as an 01 electrician and an 01 admin. My brother is very skilled as well. We are young (29yo, 26yo, 24yo) and chill dudes to work with. We move fast and efficiently. We have high standards for work performance, but we have patience as well. If you stick around as we grow, you will be at "founding member" status, and will receive special treatment (higher tools budget, nicer van, preferred jobs etc.)

Any 02 with a good resume or track record will receive a ford e-250 van or equivalent to take home. You will be dispatched throughout the week, in advance, through our online platform.

Duties

  • Honest communication with customers, team members, and me

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the construction or industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
  • Familiarity with residential construction and materials (drywall, paint, framing).
  • Ability to work independently or with an apprentice.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid electrician's license or certification is preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as required.
