About the Role:

C Global Inc is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Trim Carpenter to support the finishing phase of residential construction projects. This role is responsible for the precise installation of trim, molding, and custom woodwork to ensure high-quality finishes that meet company standards and client expectations.

The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently in a team environment, and has experience with fine carpentry techniques and materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure, cut, and install trim elements including baseboards, crown molding, door/window casings, and custom woodwork
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications
  • Perform precision finish carpentry with tight tolerances and clean finishes
  • Select and prepare materials in accordance with project requirements
  • Safely operate hand and power tools
  • Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines
  • Inspect completed work and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
