ACA’s English Summer Camp is looking for dynamic instructors to help students learn and practice English while having fun


What we do: 

  • Teach a variety of ESL activities in a school setting
  • Animate and guide small and large group activities
  • Provide a safe and clean environment for students
  • Work with the ACA team to provide a great learning experience for participants
  • Have fun while maintaining an English-speaking environment
  • Assess and evaluate student progress using the tools ACA provides
  • An advanced level of English is required for on-site camp responsibilities


Additional Tasks:

  • Communicating with camp coordinators (if necessary)
  • Completing and submitting bi-weekly timesheets
  • Communicating news with parents during before or after care (as needed)
  • Additional tasks can be done in English or French


What we’re looking for:

  • Helpful, participative and cooperative leaders who can work in a team setting 
  • Native-like proficiency in English
  • People who show initiative and encourage participation
  • Certification in First Aid (an asset)

  • $17 - $22/hour depending on experience
  • 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday) from June 24th - August 16th (depending on enrolment)

Le English Summer Camp d’ACA cherche des enseignant(e)s dynamiques pour aider des étudiants à apprendre et pratiquer l’anglais tout en s’amusant.


Ce que nous faisons: 

  • Enseigner une variété d’activités d'anglais langue seconde (ALS) dans un environnement scolaire.
  • Animer et guider des activités en petits et grands groupes.
  • Fournir un environnement sécuritaire et propre pour les étudiants.
  • Travailler avec l’équipe ACA pour fournir une excellente expérience d’apprentissage pour les participants.
  • S’amuser tout en maintenant un environnement où l’on parle en anglais.
  • Mesurer et évaluer le progrès des étudiants grâce aux outils fournis par ACA.
  • Niveau d'anglais avancé requis pour les tâche sur site

Des tâches supplémentaires
  • Communiquer avec les coordinateurs du camp (si nécessaire).
  • Remplir et soumettre des feuilles de temps bihebdomadaires.
  • Communiquer des nouvelles aux parents durant le service de garde (au besoin).
  • Des tâches supplémentaires peuvent se faire en français ou en anglais
